We take due care with your personal data. With this policy we want to inform you about the personal data we collect, what we use it for and how we protect it.

Elena Spira, with registered office at 51, Andrey Lyapchev Street, Euromarket Shopping Center, Sofia, Bulgaria. Sofia 1799, Bulgaria (hereinafter in this Policy, referred to as WWW.WHITEDINNER.BG).
We are the controller of your personal data and as such are responsible for processing and storing your data in a fair, transparent and secure manner.
- What personal data do we collect?
When purchasing a ticket/registering:
You provide us with the following personal data:
- Name;
- Phone number;
- Email;
- what form of payment you prefer.
We do not collect, record or have any access to your payment information as it is only processed automatically by the payment systems of authorised on-line platforms such as Epay / Paypal / or the Bank through which you make payment to us. We need this information to be able to make a sale and complete your desired registration, i.e. the personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the sales contract between you and www.WHITEDINNER.bg.
Along with all the data listed above, we store the following information about your purchases:
- Which of our events have you registered for – name, location and date of event;
- Registration information: number of tickets/registrations, cost and what registrations include.
We assure you that the data processing when visiting www.WWW.WHITEDINNER.BG.bg is absolutely automated via external authorized ticketing platforms (Weems) as well as payments (Paypal, Epay).
What do we use your data for?
The information listed is retained by the Organiser www.WWW.WHITEDINNER.BG.bg, for the next 5 years from the date of your registration only, and may be used for marketing/promotional purposes, including profiling for the purposes of direct marketing by us to you for our other events.
Your contact details may be used by our team in the event of changes to certain events or cancellations.
The email address provided to us in the context of purchasing a registration may be used for direct marketing purposes, and you have the right to object and ask to be removed from our club member/registered member/customer list free of charge and at any time.
Your personal data may also be processed in connection with various official proceedings, including pre-trial, judicial and administrative proceedings relating to consumer claims and disputes, ticket fraud, etc.
Information for people with disabilities
We assure you that all information shared regarding health and disability will be treated as confidential. Such information can only be received by www.WHITEDINNER.bg if it is sent at the initiative of the end customer who requests particular attention or information about the event.=
On what basis does the Company process your personal data?
We collect your data on grounds permitted by European and Bulgarian law, in particular:
Contract Execution:
We collect your personal data so that we can confirm that you have made a payment, to enable you to obtain registration for an entertainment event you have requested, to inform you of event changes, cancellations or claims based on our returns policy. For the purposes of fulfilling our obligations to you, we may transfer your personal data to financial institutions/institutions for payment processing (such as banks, payment service providers, etc.) if necessary.
We have a legitimate interest in using this information for future marketing campaigns and to inform you of exciting future projects.
We also perform analyses of statistical and technical data concerning the general use of our website, the visits and behaviour of our users on the functionality of the website, as well as our products and services based on these analyses, and to protect ourselves from abuse.
If you have subscribed to our newsletters or other information communications, the necessary personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing a short letter to WWW.WHITEDINNER.BG. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
Natural and legal persons receiving your information.
The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information relating to you and to complying with all legal requirements regarding the sharing and disclosure of this personal information. Such disclosures shall only be made where there is a legitimate reason to do so and there are sufficient safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection. Your data outside the European Economic Area
If the recipients of your data are located outside the EU, we will provide appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data is processed with the care and attention that would be required of a recipient based in the EU. Please note that General Use Information collected automatically by some of the cookies used by the website may be transferred to a Google server in the United States, as we use Google Analytics, a web service of Google LLC (“Google”), to analyze this information.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate usage and compile reports on the functionality and traffic of the website and to provide us with additional services related to the website.
We should also note that we also use social plugins (“plugins”) provided by social networks such as Facebook and Instagram.

When you visit our page, these plugins establish a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook/Twitter servers. This information (including your IP address) is transferred directly to the Facebook/Twitter servers and stored there.

You can also completely prevent these plugins from loading with add-ons for your browser, for example with the “NoScript” script blocker (noscript.net/).
Period for which the personal data is stored
We will store and process your data for a period not longer than 5 years (as per accounting requirements of press institutions such as the NRA and under the Obligations and Contracts Act) for the purposes for which it was collected or for compatible purposes. For example:
- We process data on the basis of your consent until you withdraw that consent;
- We use your data on the basis of our legitimate interests, at most to the extent that this processing does not exceed your rights and interest to have it deleted or anonymised.
- We use your data for the performance of a contract, at most for as long as the contractual relationship with you is in force, or as long as the statutory time limits apply in the event of disputes in connection with the services provided by us.
How does the Company protect personal data?
The Company will take all necessary actions and measures to ensure the security of personal data and to avoid unauthorized access to them, as well as their collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, deletion or other unauthorized use of the data by unauthorized persons. All your personal data will be transmitted via SSL (secure socket layer) at 128-bit encryption (high) (RSA at 1024 data rate) and therefore cannot be misused by third parties.
Your data protection rights:
Right of access to your personal data: to know whether we process your personal data, what categories, for what purposes and to whom we disclose it;
The right to request updating (correction) of incomplete, inaccurate, irrelevant or outdated data. In addition, you may restrict processing if: we process your personal data without a legal basis; after the purposes for which it was collected have been fulfilled; if you have objected to processing on the grounds of “legitimate interest”. In this case, we will not process them (except for its storage) until we verify this claim.
The right to object to: fully automated decision-making, including profiling; where there is another lawful basis; where processing is carried out on the grounds of our legitimate interest or where it is for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, but we may be legally obliged to keep this information and not delete it (or to restrict processing for a certain period of time, in which case we will only comply with the deletion request once we have met these requirements).
The right to request that the data we hold about you is provided to you in a commonly used format suitable for reading by a machine (e.g. computer) and/or transferred to another organisation, but only where we process your data on the basis of a contract or your consent and the processing is carried out automatically.
If you believe that your privacy and data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Commission.
How can you exercise your rights? To exercise any of your rights, you can contact us on the contact details by telephone, by emailing the Company, sending a letter by post or filling in a form at our office. We will respond to any request for access to personal data no later than one month after it is submitted electronically, unless you specify another preferred method.

Your written request should include: – Your name; – The email address with which you are registered in your personal account; – Preferred form of communication (e.g. regular or email); – Signature (if submitting on paper); – Date of request; – Address for correspondence; – Power of attorney – if the request is submitted on behalf of someone else.
The Company may ask you to provide additional information necessary to verify your identity (e.g. by clicking a confirmation link or providing a confirmation code) in order to exercise your rights.
