Your registration automatically makes you a member of the White Dinner Club.
- You become a member of the White Dinner Club;
- Receive information at the email address provided (rules, meeting place, etc.)
- Inclusion in the table plan for the event with reserved seating for the number of guests registered and paid for by you;
- Show program: every year there is a different acrobatic or dance program, a famous musical guest performer (in 2025 it will be Lubo Kirov), followed by a DJ party;
- White Dinner Classic package includes a seat for each registered guest at a table and chair provided by the Organizer.
- There are various themed photo booths, giveaways and prizes from event partners.
- Drinks such as wine, beer, cocktails and mineral water can be purchased on site at a number of themed bars.
- You must wear all white.
- You bring your own accessories and tableware (white tablecloth p/r 2*1 m, glass cups, porcelain plates, ashtrays, ice cubes) for the sophisticated city picnic in white;
- You provide your own food and decorations for your table.
- You clean up after yourself at the event! That’s why you carry a bag to stow behind you. One of the conditions to be a member of the exquisite city picnic EVENING IN WHITE is to leave the public place as it was before the event, because we think about our city!

Your registration automatically makes you a member of the White Dinner Club.
- You become a member of the White Dinner Club;
- Receive information at the email address provided (rules, meeting location, link to photos, etc.)
- Inclusion in the event planner with a reserved space for the number of guests you have registered and paid for. Entry to the event is via a ‘guest list’ and guests are arranged in the order they register – the earlier you register, the closer to the stage you will be.
- Show program: every year there is a different acrobatic or dance program, a famous musical guest performer (in 2025 it will be Lubo Kirov), followed by a DJ party;
- White Dinner VIP package is per person and includes a 3-course exquisite menu, all necessary equipment – crockery and glasses, white tablecloth, table and chair provided by the organizer as for a seated dinner.
- The menu in 2025 will be by Chef Maria Zhekova (finalist of Masterchef 2021), who has prepared the following menu for us (see here).
- There are various themed photo booths, giveaways and prizes from event partners.

- Extra charge for all children over 7 years;
- Extra charge for children under 7 years only if you want seats provided for the children:
- Getting a seat (table+chair);
- 1 non-alcoholic beverage from an event sponsor;
- Provided a place at the parents’ table according to the plan chart;
- Show program: live music, acrobatics and stilts, ballet show, famous musical guest performer.
- Children’s animation (optional): In case many participants foresee and purchase children’s tickets for the event, 1 additional animator with games will be provided. This is for convenience purposes only and does not preclude parents from monitoring the safety and behaviour of their children.
- Parents need to provide utensils, cups, plates, food or other beverages for the young participant;
- Parents need to make provision for cleaning up after the small participant;

If you request a table with 10 seats, you get a 5% discount automatically through the registration system.

CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY / FILMING
As a member of the Dinner in White Club, you may get a record of the event – photographic footage, audio and video. By participating in the event, you automatically agree that your face may become part of interview footage, photographs, audio or video recordings and you consent to their publication and reproduction as part of a news story or video about the event, photo exhibition, web casting, promotional purposes and television broadcasts in connection with Dinner in White.
Only club members who have successfully paid their registrations and have not violated the event’s code of ethics and rules may participate in the event:
All clothing, shoes, tablecloths, napkins to be white;
Public order to be observed and at the end of the event everyone to collect after themselves in a bag and not to throw rubbish, cups and bottles, breaking, shouting and insulting or disturbing the public order in any way;
Members who have shown disrespect to the rules of the event, insult or behave in any way unbecoming either to the format, other guests and club members, to casual passers-by, the Organiser’s staff, will not be allowed on subsequent formats. This event is for aesthetes, people who love beauty and harmony, with a love for our city and art.
A dinner that you share with friends and family, but also with thousands of strangers, and is an occasion for new friendships and introductions!!
By registering for the event, you automatically consent to receive emails with information about the event. To make sure there are no gaps in information and organization at your table, it’s a good idea to register each of your friends/guests with their personal email so your group doesn’t miss important information about the event. At any time, the information you have submitted to us may be deleted at your request in order to comply with EU requirements.
